It
really surprises me that Star Wars EP7 did not get anything tonight, especially
for all the effects award. However, I do like Mad Max. Every time Mad Max won
an effects award, I kept thinking "OK, that's it, the next will go to Star
Wars". I still cannot believe it won 6 awards! Without the Visual Effects!

ReplyDeleteI'm so happy that you wrote a post about the Oscars as I missed the whole thing on the plane last night! I too was surprised that Mad Max won so much as I believe there were so many awesome movies that came out this year. I really do think that Leo deserves the Oscar as I personally found his role in The Revenant to be really emotionally intensive and I think he did an amazing job with little actual script to work with.
